Ballet is the most fundamental form of all dance styles. Our ballet program is designed to enhance technique by working at the barre, in the center, and down the floor. Ballet terminology is taught throughout all levels, as well as proper body placement and technique. Dancers will develop poise, coordination, discipline, and grace, while improving their progress in all other dance styles. Ballet helps build endurance, strength and flexibility.  It is strongly recommended that all dancers incorporate ballet into their dance training especially more serious dancers.

Tap classes enable our dancers to develop both musicality and coordination while focusing on rhythm and sound quality.  Dancers learn how to use their ears to carefully listen while producing musical rhythms with their feet. In class students will learn various tap steps such as shuffles, flaps and time steps. They will then put them into combinations and routines.

Musical Theatre is a jazz-based class filled with Broadway style dancing and music. Classes incorporate the style of dance one would typically see on a Broadway stage. This form of dancing emphasizes learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and facial expressions.
